Welcome!
My name is Eugenia Lugovaya.
Originally from Moscow, I settled in Geneva to follow my calling: photographing dreamers.
Versatile and adaptable, I currently position myself as a portrait, wedding and event photographer (while openly embracing my deep love for artists, musicians and their concerts).
I speak Russian, French, and English, and I look forward to working with people from all cultures and walks of life.
My Photographic Style
I love soft and natural colors while preserving ambient light and creating a poetic and melancholic atmosphere.
The setting is just as important as the subject: I seek harmony between the person and their surroundings to create an authentic moment. I avoid overly neutral backgrounds and prefer textures, geometry, and natural lines that enhance the individuality of the model.
I also have a passion for night photography—playing with light and shadow, neon reflections, the glow of street lamps… The night adds a cinematic feel to scenes and intensifies emotions.
I have all the equipment I need to adapt to each project — multiple lenses, lights, and accessories — but I believe the most important thing is the photographer’s eye and their ability to feel and capture the perfect moment.

What I Love About My Work
When documentary photography turns into a story. People remain natural, and my role is to capture their gestures, gazes, and emotions to create authentic and vibrant images.
When the shoot ends, and I immediately review the photos on my camera. The thrill of knowing that some shots have turned out beautifully and imagining their post-processing is a truly magical feeling.
When I send photos to my clients. I always feel a bit nervous because I want them to see themselves as beautiful and full of life. Their genuine joy is my greatest reward, especially when my photos become cherished memories—displayed in their homes or kept as a profile picture for years.
Photography is a Path
I don’t just dream of making a living through photography — I’m actively building an artistic profession, step by step, with heart and dedication.
My goal is to photograph dreamers, artists, and lovers of life — those who feel deeply, who doubt, who create. Whether it’s a concert, a baptism, a portrait, or a staged project, I’m always searching for one thing: what truly moves you.
May that spark continue to shine through the photo we create together!
